For anyone seeking NRA RSO certification, I highly recommend Rochester Personal Defense and David Jenkins. The instruction is professional and delivered with David’s personal touch, the content is practical, and the training is ideal for developing the mindset and skills required of a Range Safety Officer.

Dave was great, he kept the class engaging and interesting. Very educational and worth the time.

A lot of good info to take in…some instructors just read from the manual, Dave added his own experiences. Anytime we learn to be safer at the range is a good thing.

Outstanding training provided by Dana. Demonstrates safety as number 1 priority and gave detailed instruction to allow us to improve upon our skills. Focused on proper holstering and how to respond to situations quickly. Highly recommend this course! Great instructor!!
